Shipping & Delivery

• • £22.50 SHIPPING* on orders (E&W) with rail up to 200cm. Prices vary from other areas of the UK, additional costs for Scotland, Northern Ireland & UK Islands via DHL parcel. See below.
  • *Surcharges apply on non mainland areas outside England & Wales (E&W). See below:
  • Scotland Central and Borders (DD, DG, EH, G, KA1-26*, KY, ML, PA1-19, TD) 150cm rail is £14.50 and 200cm is £25.00
  • Remote Scotland: (AB, PA20-39, PH1-41, H) 150cm rail is £22 and 200cm is £36.
  • Scottish H&I: (HS, IV, KW, PA40+, PH42+, TR, ZE) Large Parcel is £18, 150cm rail is £36 and 200cm is £49.
  • Northern Ireland (BT) :   Large Parcel is £16, 150cm rail is £36 and 200cm is £49
  • Isle of Man: Large Parcel is £18, 150cm rail is £36 and 200cm is £49.
  • IOW (PA30+): Large Parcel is £12, 150cm rail is £18.50 and 200cm is £28.50
  • Jersey/Guernsey: Large Parcel is £18, 150cm rail is £36 and 200cm is £49. - Please contact us via email or call us before ordering for VAT exemption as this will need to done manually.

  • Sample set postage is charged at £2.50 as a special rate.

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday only) - Please note during busy periods this cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders with larger quantities can take 2-3 weeks to dispatch, Please enquire before purchase.
• Delivery is typically within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). Northern Ireland and Scottish H&I, IOW, IOM is 2 working day delivery.
• If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Which company do you use for shipping?

• Carrier method will be determined by value & size. If the order contain a rail, over 30cm or over £40 value it will be sent by APC or DHL (with tracking) If order doesn’t contain rail and is under £40 and under 30cm size it will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post* (no tracking)
• Please note not all instructions can be followed by DHL, APC or Royal Mail.
• Shipment Tracking information is sent out via email and/or text message.
• If sent by APC Overnight or DHL you will receive a tracking number on the day of dispatch of your order and typically in most occasions all orders arrive the following working day by 4pm (allow extra time for shipments UK Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland & Ireland).
• Please note APC overnight & DHL does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
• If sent via Royal Mail, we use 1st class untracked - this helps to keep the costs down and we can provide a cheaper alternative for the low value orders to be sent out. Typically take 1 to 3 working days.
• For collection, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know when your order is ready.

Other General Shipping Information

• All orders shipped via APC Overnight will need to be signed for on delivery and are shipped from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
• All orders shipped by DHL will be sent with leave with neighbour if not in, please use delivery instruction box to ensure a safe delivery or provide leave safe instructions.
• Please email us as soon as the order has been placed if you need delivery instructions added (leave safe or with a neighbour).
• Shipment Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email address provided with your customer account.
• Please ensure you order in plenty of time and please check your order has arrived in good condition before arranging installation.

Returns & Replacements

Returns

For orders under £200 (product cost - not including shipping charge)   Orders less than £200 are covered by our unconditional 30 day return policy.

• Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment or via email at info@hangingsystems.com to arrange for return.
• If the authorised return is over 30 days from the order date, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In case of goods, which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is estimated at a maximum of £36.00.
• Return shipping is typically arranged by the customer. We can arrange a return but this will cost £36.00 plus £10.00 per additional box.
• Someone from our Returns Department will then contact you to confirm we have received the goods and issued the refund.

For orders over £200 (product cost - not including shipping charge)

• Orders over £200 can be returned strictly at our discretion. If there is any doubt on the suitability of our products for a particular application we recommend a small (less than £200), risk free initial purchase.
• Any authorized return over £200 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Returned product must be in useable & resellable condition for a refund to be issued.
• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
• Return shipping is typically arranged by the customer. We can arrange a return but this will cost £36.00 inc vat. 
• Someone from our Returns Department will then contact you to confirm we have received the goods and issued the refund.

Refunds:

• Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show back into your account. If you have any questions, do get in touch via email info@hangingsystems.com
• May be slight differences between the processing time for credit cards versus debit cards, depending on your bank processing time.

• Required information: Please provide your: Name, order number, address, contact number & reason for return.

Replacements:

Damaged or Defective Goods

• Customers are expected to inspect all packages on delivery and in the event of any damage to the packaging or goods once opened, get in touch with us as soon as possible either via phone or email. (Within 2 working days of receipt of the goods) Please retain the packaging until you are advised it can be disposed of.
• Damaged goods should not be discarded until we have been informed and you have received our written instructions. If you are able to take photographs of the damage that is most helpful. If damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.
• We will issue a full refund or replace at no charge all damaged product reported within the specified period.
• Defective products are replaced free of charge. However, we reserve the right to inspect defective product before replacing.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard®, American Express and Discover.

We offer a few options for payment: Shop pay by Shopify, Apple Pay or Paypal

All order are subject to vat at the current rate which is 20%. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 

Coupon Codes

Promotions and new products will be available time to time on our web site. If you have a coupon code, please enter the code in the Discount Code Field on the shopping cart page, before proceeding to the checkout page.

N.B: One coupon code per order, discounts cannot be combined. Check expiry and for any error messages before contacting customer service.
